Zero Complaints and a hassle free experience! Anuar was great giving us the car from Kota Bharu and the Pick-Up from Georgetown could not have gone smoother. Their Customer Service through WhatsApp was also super responsive! Will use again if I go back to Malaysia and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of renting a car there.

Great service! Initially I had trouble with the location of the rental but they patiently guided me to where their office is through the phone. They also extended the time for us regarding when to return the car because we wanted to use it for a longer time. They were extremely understanding when I returned the car 20 minutes later due to the traffic. Highly recommend!
